GENERAL CONDITIONS

Dear Customer, we inform you that this website is owned and managed by the Aricò Pharmacy - Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 3, 95024 Acireale CT.

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") govern the contractual relationships between the undersigned Farmacia Aricò (hereinafter, the "Seller") and its final customers within the European Union, only if they are natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out (hereinafter, the "Buyer"). In relations between the Seller and the Buyer, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (hereinafter, the "Consumer Code"), and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (hereinafter, the "Electronic Commerce Regulations") to which the General Conditions conform.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment for the Products can only be made by credit card. It is understood that the billing address indicated by the Buyer on our institutional website must match the address registered by the Buyer with the company issuing the credit card. The amount relating to the transaction will be charged to the Buyer's credit card once the credit card details have been verified, the relative authorization received, the availability of the Products and the feasibility for shipment confirmed. The delivery of the Products will be carried out by the courier appointed by the Seller to the nearest point - reachable by the courier - with respect to the address indicated by the Buyer in the Order. The shipment will be carried out within 48 working hours following the order confirmation. Delivery times for Europe are 3-4 working days, while for extra Eu shipping, 4-5 days maximum from the day following the day in which the Buyer receives the Order Receipt from the Seller. 'art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Seller will in any case execute the Order within 30 days starting from the day following that on which the Buyer will have sent it. In order to allow the Buyer to check the status of the delivery in real time, the Seller will send an e-mail message confirming that the Products have been sent by courier service, through which the Buyer can follow the status of the shipment.

BUYER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day he received the Product. The Purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a communication to the e-mail address indicated as the customer care address, within the terms provided for by art. 7.1. The only costs payable by the Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal will be those for returning the goods to the Seller. The Seller will have the right not to accept the return of Products that have been altered and / or damaged.
